The Citrix Workspace app must be installed on your Mac to use SMC Virtual Apps.

1. Go to: Citrix Workspace App
2. Click Workspace app for Mac.
3. Click Download Citrix Workspace app for Mac.
   A file called CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg will download to your computer.
4. Open CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg & follow the prompts to install it.
5. When prompted, checkAdd Account, then click Continue
6. On the following screen, enter citrix.smc.edu then click Add
7. When prompted, log in with your SMC network username and password
   1. For Username, use the smc prefix: smclastname_firstname_middle-initial
   2. For example: smcsmith_john_k
8. After login, Click on Desktops tab on top and click on one of the Desktop to access. See sample image below:
